Overview

Bookkeeper

Location: Norwich, Norfolk.

Salary Circa 24,000 to 28,000 p.a. (depending on experience).

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Company: Accountancy.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, Fully Onsite.

Candidate Requirements
  • Proficient in bookkeeping practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

  • Adept at using accounting software, such as Xero or QuickBooks, to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and provide financial updates effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A professional track record as an established Bookkeeper is essential. Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualifications, such as AAT or ACCA, are preferred.
  • A passion for numbers and a commitment to continuous learning to stay up-to-date with industry best practice.
