A healthcare services provider in Central London is seeking a Bookings Coordinator to manage patient appointments and inquiries. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, handle booking calls efficiently, and maintain patient records in accordance with data protection legislation. This full-time role requires work from Monday to Friday, providing solid support to both clinical teams and patients, ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Our client - an independent company providing medical services to the private HealthCare sector and the NHS are recruiting for a new role as a Bookings Coordinator.
As the Bookings Coordinator you will be directly responsible for delivering an excellent customer service to patients, consultants, secretaries, and clinical teams at the clinic based in Central London.
Hours are 35 hours per week - Monday - Friday - between the hours of 9am - 6pm on either a 9am - 5pm shift, 8am - 4pm shift or 10am - 6pm shift.
