Job summary

Ark Dentistry at HQ Morley offers a Bookings / Treatment Coordinator role in a hybrid setup. You will handle patient enquiries, book consultations and coordinate treatments, guiding patients from first contact to booking with the dentist's diary.

Based in Morley, you’ll work with clinicians and practice teams to present treatment plans, discuss finance options and follow up to improve acceptance and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience within private dentistry, treatment coordination, bookings or a strong sales/customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable speaking to patients over the phone.
• Confident with building rapport and following up with patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming patient enquiries and book consultations and treatments.
• Support patients throughout their journey from enquiry to appointment.

Bookings / Treatment Coordinator for Ark Dentistry / Glo Aligners

Location: HQ, Morley – Hybrid (split weekly around WFH & office base)

Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000 + great monthly commission

The Role

We’re looking for a confident, proactive and people-focused Bookings Coordinator to join a growing private dental business. This role would be suitable for someone who’s worked as a dental nurse previously, a front of house professional, treatment coordinator or alternatively someone in a customer service environment assisting people through a bookings journey.

Based from HQ in Morley, you’ll manage incoming patient enquiries, book consultations and treatments, and support patients throughout their journey.

This is a varied role combining patient care, sales and treatment coordination, speaking to patients, working alongside various teams internally and ensuring a smooth transition for patients from their first enquiry through to booking in the dentist's diaries.

You’ll be responsible for turning enquiries into booked consultations, building relationships with patients and guiding them confidently through their treatment options.

You’ll work closely with clinicians and practice teams to present treatment plans, discuss finance options, follow up patients and ultimately help improve treatment acceptance and conversion.

You’ll also ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from their very first enquiry through to treatment.

You’ll be looking for someone who is:

• Confident, personable and brilliant at building rapport
• Experienced within private dentistry, treatment coordination, bookings or a strong sales/customer-facing environment
• Comfortable with speaking to patients over the phone
• Proactive with excellent follow-up and organisational skills
