Heriot-Watt University Oriam is seeking a proactive Bookings & Events Assistant to help sell all Oriam services to identified audiences and deliver excellent customer service.
Working full-time (35 hours per week) you will manage enquiries, handle bookings and contracts, and support the admin team to maximise customer engagement and sales opportunities.
You will contribute to the customer experience, liaise with internal teams, and promote events with professionalism and efficiency.
