ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Fashion Director and Bookings Director, you will support the bookings team in the production and casting processes of all editorial front of book, jewellery and beauty shoots across ELLE and Harper’s Bazaar, ensuring the smooth running of the bookings process.

ABOUT YOU
  • Relevant experience in editorial bookings and contacts with model agencies and creative talent agencies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Elle and Harper’s Bazaar, including contributing creative teams.
  • Interest in fashion trends, models and up-and-coming creative talent including photographers.
  • Ability to produce FOB fashion shoots as requested, including sourcing models, crew and location.
  • Ability to go on set and assist with production where required.
  • Ability to send out commissioning forms and call-sheets as required and be the liaison between all parties involved in shoots.
  • Ability to handle and process all invoices relating to shoots, follow budgets and handle admin.
  • Ability to ensure budgets are up to date with accurate forecasts and actual spends, and invoices are logged once approved.
  • Keen to work as part of a creative team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task.
  • Experience with using a Mac computer, downloading and uploading images.
  • To be an ambassador of Hearst UK and its values.
  • You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time.
