More About Your Role

As a Sports Co-ordinator you will engage with the Head of Sport, Health and Wellbeing Manager and all other relevant staff within the centre who are involved in Sport. You will ensure that Sport programmes and Swimming lessons are being run in line with the Sport & Swimming Quality Management Systems (QMS) and the relevant National Governing Bodies Pathway, maximising commercial and participation growth. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency is achieved across the centre using wider knowledge to encourage best practice in all areas of Sport.
