Job description

To support the administrative functions within the Outpatient Booking Team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job

Uploading of referral letters to the Evolve scanning system.

  • To provide administrative support across the department by printing and processing worklists off the national e-Referral System (eRS) onto the Patient Administration System (PAS).
  • Processing of new patient referrals from the eRS.
  • Joint team working to ensure workloads across the department are prioritised and up to date. This includes all office duties.
  • To be conversant with PAS.
