An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Band 2 Booking & Scheduling Assistant to join us at Rochdale Infirmary.

As a Booking & Scheduling Assistant your main duties will include:
  • Receiving and processing patient referrals
  • Booking and changing appointments for patients via phone, text message, or email
  • Answering and signposting general enquiries from patients calling our appointments line

  • Be confident using a computer and Microsoft Office
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Communicate effectively
  • Strive to provide excellent customer service to patients
  • Be enthusiastic, confident, and committed
