Job description

Job Brief:We are seeking an exceptional booking coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to research, communicate, and put into action travel arrangements for a wide range of clientele, and will also be responsible for taking secure payments and communicating client needs to suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in the travel industry with a love of travel and a desire to create an enjoyable travel experience for our clients.


Responsibilities:
  1. Make travel arrangements including flight, hotel/resort, rental car, and cruise reservations.
  2. Take secure payments and apply them to travel reservations.
  3. Communicate with clients over the phone to determine and assess their travel needs, and put a plan of action in place.
  4. Attend professional development training on an ongoing basis.
Skills Required:
  1. Highly self-motivated and able to time manage.
  2. Travel industry experience is a plus.
  3. Access to internet and a smartphone or computer.
  4. Able to communicate effectively.
  5. Customer service background a plus.
