Job description
Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, dynamic, and highly motivated individual to join our busy Ophthalmology Booking Department based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The role will be to provide a comprehensive administration, booking and appointment service for all our patients’ appointments within our Ophthalmology teams. Have good communications skills to be able to deal with all patient queries regarding their appointments. Be adaptable to be working with the wider team within Ophthalmology.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls
  • Dealing with queries internally and externally
  • Managing the logging of patient referrals and booking
  • Dealing with all outcomes of patient’s appointments via hospital system
  • Managing patient booking lists
