Join Our Outpatients Call Centre Team

Our Outpatients Call Centre, based at Basildon Centre in St Martins Square, is located on the second floor of the building in Basildon Town Centre.

Upon appointment, you may be expected to work at one of the main site hospitals (Basildon, Broomfield, or Southend) for training and learning purposes, before moving to the Basildon Town Centre office once competencies have been met.

As part of the central booking team, your responsibilities will include booking both new and follow-up appointments across Basildon, Broomfield, and Southend.
