Job summary

Kepak McIntosh Donald in Aberdeen is seeking a Boning Hall Manager to lead operations, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and nurture a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee all Boning Hall activities, mentor staff, ensure production targets, audits, and continuous improvement, with strong focus on food safety and SOP compliance, cultivating best-in-class standards.
