A leading healthcare organization in Hengoed seeks a Registered Nurse assistant to support quality interventions for patients. Responsibilities include clinical support, such as cannulation and venepuncture, and assisting Registered Nurses with planned care. Candidates should ideally possess NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and a knowledge of safeguarding adults. The role offers a salary range of £25,313 to £26,999 per annum, pro-rata.
The post holder will provide high-level support in the provision of quality interventions to meet the needs of patients requiring nursing and clinical care, as a Registered Nurse assistant.
To provide clinical support to implement planned care to patients under the direct supervision of Registered Nurses.
To undertake clinical tasks such as cannulation, venepuncture, and clinical observations.
The role will support the RN by caring for patients and enhancing the quality of clinical care. The post holder will provide high-level support in delivering quality interventions to meet patients' needs as an RN assistant. Responsibilities include supporting planned care under the indirect supervision of Registered Nurses and undertaking clinical tasks such as cannulation, venepuncture, and clinical observations.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
