The Role:
As a Boiler Service Technician, you will be a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation, service, and maintenance of Boilers and Mechanical Systems. You will develop and maintain customer relationships by exemplifying our code of values of showing respect and courtesy to all customers and fellow employees. You will help drive company growth and profitability by identifying system deficiencies and opportunities to sell additional work while helping to maintain our customer's mechanical system reliability.

Boiler Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Service, repair or replace commercial and industrial boiler and mechanical systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and system start-ups
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Our ideal candidate will possess the following experience, skills, and traits:

• Previous experience with Commercial and Industrial Boiler Systems
• Previous electrical and controls troubleshooting experience
• Previous experience servicing and replacing Boiler systems
• Previous experience with Burner Combustion and Burner Management Safety and Control Systems
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Be a Self-Starter
• Thrive in fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
