The successful candidate will work directly with customers, diagnosing and resolving heating issues, while providing a reliable and professional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working on domestic boiler breakdown and repair jobs.
• Practical understanding of heating controls, radiators, and common system faults.
• Tidy, reliable, and customer-conscious work style.

Responsibilities

• Visit domestic customers for boiler breakdown and heating issues.
• Trace faults across boilers, controls, and heating systems.
• Complete repairs safely and record job notes accurately.

Skills

Gas Safe registered for domestic gas work

Experience with domestic boiler breakdown and repair

Practical understanding of heating controls

Confidence diagnosing issues across various boiler brands

Full UK driving licence
