  • Clean equipment thoroughly and promptly according to GDK standards.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Approach tasks positively and enthusiastically, working well in a team.
  • Understand the ingredients, methods, and build of menu products.
  • Follow GDK cleaning and storage standards, including supporting pot wash and maintaining a clean-as-you-go attitude.
  • Accurately complete daily paperwork according to GDK standards.
