Slim Chickens UK & Europe in Leeds is hiring Back of House Team Members to join our fast‑paced kitchen. You’ll prepare and cook menu items to our high standards, keep the kitchen clean, follow food safety guidelines, and support inventory and team tasks to ensure orders are accurate and on time.

All team members contribute to a positive, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth within BRG brands. Weekend and bank holiday shifts available.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, ensuring every dish meets our high standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation, and ensuring the freshness of ingredients
• Working as part of a team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time
• Handling kitchen equipment safely and reporting any maintenance needs
• Supporting the kitchen team with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment where everyone thrives

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential!
