Slim Chickens Bromley is seeking Back of House Team Members to join a lively, fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be preparing chicken-focused menu items, maintaining hygiene and organisation, and supporting the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

We value passion for quality, teamwork, and flexibility with shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in our growing BRG family.

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection and high standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen area
• Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
• Working with the team to ensure accurate and timely orders
• Handling kitchen equipment safely and reporting maintenance needs
• Supporting the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for cooking and delivering quality food
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential!
