Full-time | Global travel | High-pressure technical role

If you’re a meticulous, hands-on mechanic who takes pride in perfect panel fitment, clean execution and fast response under pressure — this is your chance to work on one of the most advanced endurance race cars in the world.

The Role

As aBodywork Mechanicon the McLaren Hypercar Programme, you will be responsible for fitting, maintaining and rapidly repairing all bodywork and aerodynamic components on the car.

  • Carrying out fast repairs, swaps and turnarounds during live sessions.

  • Working closely with Mechanics, Engineers, Composites and Garage Technicians.

  • Managing bodywork racks, protection, storage and event allocation.

  • Supporting damage inspection and coordinating composite repairs.

  • Maintaining perfect presentation of all fitted surfaces.

  • Supporting pitstop operations and event build/pack-down.

About You
