About the role

Sytner MINI Slough currently has a great opportunity available for a MET Technician to join our talented team.

As a Sytner MET Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs on vehicles. You must be able to competently perform repairs to a high standard within set timescales. Your duties include removing and refitting mechanical and electrical trims, panels, and components on vehicles, ensuring repairs meet high-quality standards.

Sytner MET Technicians work a variety of flexible shifts, which may include weekends, to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

About You

Previous experience as a MET Technician is essential. Experience in a similar bodyshop environment is beneficial, as we seek individuals who can operate efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should have a Level 2 industry-recognised qualification as a minimum requirement, demonstrating prior exposure and participation in relevant training.

We are looking for someone passionate about delivering top-quality repairs with strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and organisational skills are necessary to ensure tasks are completed within estimated times.
