Job summary

Sytner Select Northampton is seeking a skilled Bodyshop Technician to join our automotive service team in Northampton. You will repair, paint and align vehicles, ensuring work meets high standards within set timescales.

We value a detail-oriented, professional attitude and the ability to work both independently and with colleagues. A full UK driving licence will be advantageous as you contribute to a high-performing workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bodyshop Technician, ATA accreditation desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Full UK driving licence will be of benefit.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out body repairs including painting, alignment, SMART repairs and preparation.
• Ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Working safely and efficiently in line with health and safety requirements.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and excellent results.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out body repairs including painting, alignment, SMART repairs and preparation
• Ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Working safely and efficiently in line with health and safety requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and excellent results

About You

• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician (ATA accreditation desirable but not essential)

• A Full valid UK driving licence will be of benefit
