Job summary

Sytner Select Northampton is seeking a skilled Bodyshop Technician to join our dedicated team. You will carry out high-quality body repairs on prestige vehicles, ensuring work meets manufacturer standards and Sytner's quality and customer care.

You will work safely and efficiently, keeping a clean, organised workspace and collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent results. ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential, and a full UK driving licence will be beneficial.

• Experience as a Bodyshop Technician with focus on quality repairs.
• ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out body repairs including painting, alignment, SMART repairs and preparation.
• Ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Working safely and efficiently in line with health and safety requirements.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and excellent results.

About the role

Sytner Select Northampton is looking for a skilled and motivated Bodyshop Technician to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity to work within the Sytner Group, one of the UK's leading automotive retailer groups, representing prestige and premium vehicle brands.

As a Bodyshop Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high‑quality body repairs on a range of vehicles, ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards and Sytner's exceptional levels of quality and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out body repairs including painting, alignment, SMART repairs and preparation
• Ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Working safely and efficiently in line with health and safety requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and excellent results

About You

• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician (ATA accreditation desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
• A Full valid UK driving licence will be of benefit
