Lookers Maidstone Mercedes-Benz is seeking a Bodyshop/Smart Repair Technician to join our Service team. You will repair damaged vehicles to manufacturers' specifications within our bodyshop.

The role suits someone with an accident/cosmetic repair background and offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of Lookers’ rewards and development culture.

Qualifications

• Experience within a bodyshop environment is preferred.
• Adherence to manufacturer repair guidelines and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing and fitting parts.
• Undertake all aspects of repair as a multi-skilled Smart Repair Technician.
• Work as part of a team of Bodyshop Technicians.
• Maintain PPE and health and safety standards during repairs.
• Follow manufacturer repair guidelines when repairing.

Bodyshop/Smart Repair Technician

42 Hours Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-4.30pm.

Up to £40,000 OTE. Basic Salary £30,000 - £34,000 DOE

Maidstone Mercedes-Benz, is recruiting for an bodyshop/smart Repair Technician to play a vital role within our Service team. Working within our bodyshop, you will be tasked with repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer’s specifications.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles
• Act as a multi-skilled Smart Repair Technician undertaking all aspects of repair as required
• Work effectively as part of a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians
• Full use of PPE and adherence to health and safety requirements when carrying out repairs
• Adhere to manufacturer repair guidelines when carrying out repairs
