Bodyshop Smart Repair Technician / Alloy Wheel Technician
Stansted
£31,500 Basic £34-35k OTE
Monday – Friday

Our client, a Motor Trade group based in Stansted, is on the lookout for an experienced SMART Repair Technician / Alloy Wheel Technician to join their busy team. If you hold the right experience and would like a new challenge within the trade – this could be your next role! Please apply today.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To examine vehicles to identify additional work for repair, liaising with the Service Manager to obtain permission to proceed.
2. To carry out wheel refurbishments.
3. To carry out cosmetic paint repairs.
4. To carry out seat fabric repairs.
5. To carry out minor dent removals.
6. To clearly document all work performed ensuring that times are recorded accurately and within agreed timeframes.
7. To take care of vehicles whilst being worked on.
8. To adhere to health and safety requirements and maintain a tidy workstation.

Your Background & Skill:

1. You will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in the industry, working on basic and complex small to medium repairs.
2. You need a good work ethic and need to be a team player.
3. You will have a valid clean UK Driving Licence.
