Overview

Bodyshop Service Advisor in the Dorking area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing accident repair group with an excellent reputation for quality, teamwork, and professional development. You’ll be joining a forward‑thinking organisation that values its people, rewards achievement, and offers genuine career progression within a supportive environment.

Basic £30,000, OTE £34,000. Working hours: 8:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 1-in-4 Saturday mornings. Refurbished, industry‑leading site. Ongoing training and development.

Location: Dorking area.

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: £30,000 basic
  • Bonus: Quarterly group bonus (£1,250) + annual performance bonus (£3,000)
  • Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:30pm; 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00am–12:00pm
  • Holidays: 23 days + bank holidays
  • Benefits: Comprehensive company benefits package and ongoing training
  • Parking: Local parking available
