Bodyshop Office Manager Vacancy – Park Royal!

- Circa £40,000 Basic Salary, plus around £6,000 bonus annually.
- Working hours; Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm ONLY!

Our Client, a franchised, Independent bodyshop are seeking an office manager to join their friendly team. The ideal Office Manager would have strong bodyshop experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well managed bodyshop that offers long term career prospects and high financial rewards for hard work.

Our client is offering the successful Office Manager:

- Basic Salary circa £40,000 dependent on experience
- Circa £6,000 annual bonus.
- Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm Only
- No Weekends!
- 20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Company pension scheme

Duties of a Bodyshop Office Manager:

- Ensuring that all paperwork and processes are accurate and efficient
- Leading a team of three other advisors
- Dealing with customers complaints
- Providing quotations on work to be carried out.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the bodyshop
- Calculating the time required to complete all necessary repairs.
- Informing the body shop of the authorisation of extra work needed.
