Job summary

Streamline Search is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager / Controller to lead a busy Bodyshop in Whitstable. You will oversee daily operations, manage the workshop, estimating, customer service and parts, and drive performance against KPIs while ensuring high standards of quality and customer care.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in bodyshop management, strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead and develop a team. A competitive salary from £45,000 plus holidays is offered.

Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager / Controller to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy, state-of-the-art Bodyshop in Whitstable.

You'll be responsible for managing the Bodyshop operation and site team, ensuring efficient workflow, strong performance and consistently high standards of quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Bodyshop

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager / Controller

• Strong understanding of Bodyshop operations, workflow and performance management
• Good commercial awareness with the ability to manage financial and operational targets
• Knowledge of vehicle design, manufacture, legislation and industry practices
• Understanding of BSI standards and accreditation
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
