Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead a busy accident repair centre. You will manage a team of around 12 technicians and oversee two ovens, ensuring fast, high-quality repairs while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role offers a 45-hour week (Mon-Fri, no weekends) within a modern facility and an established group with a strong track record. Premium-brand exposure, safety compliance, and KPI-driven profitability are key focuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar in automotive/accident repair.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience with premium brands (Tesla desirable).
• Familiarity with bodyshop processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bodyshop, ensuring productivity and quality standards are maintained.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 12 technicians.
• Supervise the use of two ovens and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Liaise with insurance companies and clients to facilitate smooth repairs and timely turnaround.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and optimise profitability.
• Enforce health and safety procedures within the workshop.
• Develop strategies to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
