Job summary

FMG Repair Services seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our largest sites in Glasgow. You will own profitability, customer satisfaction and operational excellence, guiding a high-performing team and interfacing with senior leaders to shape strategy.

You will drive KPIs, ensure quality repairs, manage costs and develop talent in a fast-paced automotive environment. A strong track record in automotive repair leadership is essential.
