What is the job?
We are looking for energetic and talented individuals to help open and grow Riverside Spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver exceptional wellness treatments, ensuring a relaxing experience that promotes client well-being. You will consult with clients, understand their needs, deliver high-quality treatments, and maximize revenue through product sales.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: Up to £13.52 per hour, depending on age

About The Role

Your day to day

• Provide a range of beauty and spa treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments.
• Assess client needs and medical conditions to tailor treatments.
• Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Perform treatments with expertise, ensuring safety and quality.
• Maintain hygiene and a tranquil environment.
• Keep accurate client records and follow-up care.
• Deliver professional customer service and foster a relaxing atmosphere.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
• Promote spa products, packages, and memberships.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.

Skills Needed

• Spa UK NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products.

• At least 1 year experience in a spa or beauty therapy role.
