This role is pivotal as you are the first and last point of contact with customers, answering queries face-to-face or over the phone. You will create a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment, providing exceptional customer service. As part of the Front Office team, you’ll give a warm welcome, answer queries in a caring way, and ensure everyone feels valued.

About The Role

Your day to day

• Communicate positively with club members, promoting a positive outlook on work and fitness
• Show productivity and positivity under pressure
• Meet individual targets daily, weekly, and monthly
• Be well presented, professional, and polite
• Promote fitness products and merchandise
• Support membership sales and meet targets
• Follow cashing up procedures and banking protocols
• Maintain high standards and appearance of the club
• Ensure health & safety compliance
• Assist members with facility usage
• Drive member retention through excellent reception and engagement
