About The Role

Hairhouse is looking for a friendly, confident Body Piercer with exceptional piercing skills. If precision piercing is your thing and you have a ‘can-do’ attitude, this is the place for you! Not only will you lead the way in-store for body piercing, but you will have the opportunity to develop your retail talents across jewellery and hair care too.

Duties

• Create positive experiences for every piercing client
• Educate clients on after-care, check-ups and jewellery resizing
• Maintain the piercing studio to meet and exceed Council, OH&S and Hairhouse standards
• Create a piercing community between the store and piercing customers to develop loyal clients
• Support the Retail and Salon teams in between Piercing clients

Skills and Experience

• 1+ year ear piercing industry experience
• Infection Control Certification
• Experience in best practice hygiene protocols
• Thorough understanding of piercing types and jewellery
• A strong interest and understanding of piercing trends
• Strong organisational skills
