We are flexible around shifts and will work with you to ensure we reach a working pattern suitable for everyone. You will assist the Housemistress in matters relating to the welfare of the House and the care of the boarders and, in their absence, you will assume responsibility.

We are looking for someone who:

Working as boarding staff, you will be required to stay overnight in a boarding flat so you can be readily available to support students, handle emergencies, and generally maintain a safe and supportive environment after regular school hours. It is, however, rare for there to be emergencies during the night.

This role may be appealing not only to experienced boarding staff, but also to those open to experiencing boarding for the first time and who are wishing to challenge themselves to achieve their full potential. Single accommodation is available.
