Role Description

This is a part time voluntary role as a Board Trustee located in the County of Norfolk. The Board Trustee will be responsible for participating in board meetings, providing guidance and practical support in relation to the management of our portfolio of properties as well as in relation to strategic and operational matters.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of, or keen interest in, historic building preservation or architectural conservation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Financial literacy and budget management skills
  • Experience in governance, or nonprofit management an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Time to devote to supporting our work outside board meetings
  • Previous board or trustee experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in a relevant field which may include business skills
  • Live in the county of Norfolk
