Job summary

Executive Network Group seeks an Environmental & Sustainability Manager for Corby with travel to Scunthorpe and occasional Ireland. You will shape how the business hits carbon, water, waste and packaging targets, ensuring EcoVadis/ESOS/M2030 frameworks are kept on track across sites from Corby to Northern Ireland.

You will report into the Group Head of H&S, presenting to the board and working with site teams on recycling, data analysis and culture change.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental/sustainability within manufacturing or food sectors.
• Ability to work with KPIs and frameworks such as EcoVadis, ESOS, and M2030.
• Strong stakeholder communication across all levels.
• Willingness to travel across GB and to Ireland/Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Shape targets for carbon, water, waste and packaging.
• Ensure compliance and maintain accreditations.
• Lead end-to-end sustainability initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Present data to senior leaders and board.
