The Department for the Economy is seeking to appoint eight board members to NI Screen. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in setting strategic directions, overseeing governance, and ensuring effective resource management within the organization.
The Department for the Economy (DfE) is seeking to appoint eightmembers to the board of NI Screen . It is expected that fourboard members will be appointed on 16 December 2024 and a further fourmembers will be appointed in July 2025.
The length of term of appointment will vary between threeand fiveyears and may be renewable for a second term.
The Board has corporate responsibility for ensuring that NI Screen fulfils the aims and objectives set by the partner Department and approved by the Minister, and for promoting the efficient, economic and effective use of staff and other resources by NI Screen. To this end, and in pursuit of its wider corporate responsibilities, the Board shall:
