Job description

The expectation is that the Board member becomes part of the newly formed specialised Finance sub-committee, enhancing our diversely skilled team. The Hub Board is well established and has had a specialised Inclusion sub-committee for many years. We are now seeking to create a second specialised Finance sub-committee to add further expertise to its already strong financial management and decision-making. As per the Finance sub-committee terms of reference, all sub-committee members must also be Board members. We value diversity, promote equality, and challenge discrimination.

Finance committee meetings are additional to Board meetings, held four times a year on a Wednesday evening, each approximately 1.5 hours long.
