As we navigate changes in regulatory and consumer landscapes, we seek a Non-Executive Director to strengthen our board. The role includes chairing the People & Nominations Committee and participating in the Customer Engagement, Development, and Assets Committees.

Ideal candidates are senior leaders with Non-Executive experience, understanding the importance of organizational culture in service delivery. Board-level experience and familiarity with chairing or facilitating committees are preferred.

You will bring insights into business, political awareness, and customer focus, with the ability to review performance and advocate for colleagues and customers.

The current Chair of the People and Nominations Committee also serves as the Senior Independent Director (SID). Previous SID experience is advantageous.
