Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust and Greater Manchester Mental Health are launching a joint programme to procure and implement a new Electronic Patient Record system. The Joint Chief Medical Officer will join our Board and provide executive clinical leadership during a phased transition.

The role is staged: 0.4 WTE from January to June 2027, 0.6 WTE from June to December 2027, and 0.8 WTE from January 2028, with increasing delegation for quality, workforce and governance.

Competenze

• Medically qualified with GMC registration and senior leadership experience.
• Experience at executive/board or system level in a complex organisation.

Mansioni

• Provide management and leadership to medical staff at board/executive level.
• Lead on quality governance and act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies.
• Oversee implementation of NICE guidance, medicines management, and statutory duties.
• Join as Joint Chief Medical Officer during a phased transition across the Trusts.
