SF Partners is looking for a Head of Marketing to drive growth from Kent. You will set the marketing strategy, lead the team, and operate at board level to align activity with business objectives. The role is office-based with strategic influence and hands-on delivery when required.

You will own the marketing budget, shape brand messaging, and identify new routes to market to support revenue growth in an SME/industrial context.

Formación

• Proven success leading marketing functions within an SME or growing business.
• Comfortable operating at board level.
• Experience managing both internal teams and external agencies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels.
• Data-driven and ROI focused.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy.
• Brand & Positioning: Strengthen brands and ensure consistency across channels.
• Digital Marketing: Own website strategy, SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
• Agency & Supplier Management: Review relationships and ensure ROI.
• Team Leadership: Develop the marketing team and build the function.
• Commercial & Reporting: Manage budgets and report ROI to the board.
