Position Overview:

The job emphasizes a combination of clinical skills, such as assessing and developing behavior interventions, and the ability to train staff and maintain communication with families. With a manageable caseload of 8-10 individuals, this role provides an opportunity to make a direct and lasting difference. The hourly wage for this position is between $41.00-$47.00 per hour.

Location/Schedule:

750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA – Sunday-Saturday and Every Weekend 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy services to adults dually diagnosed with IDD and mental health diagnoses.
  2. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior and Crisis Intervention Plans.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Current and active certification with the Board of Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
  2. Eligible for licensure as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in the State of Georgia.
  3. Has achieved a master’s degree.
