Job Description:

The role involves providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and related policies across UK & I. You will lead biodiversity assessments, stakeholder engagement, and contribute to project bids, mentoring staff, and supporting the development of technical capabilities within the team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading BNG policy implementation and project delivery
  • Producing and reviewing biodiversity assessments
  • Engaging with clients, authorities, and stakeholders
  • Driving innovation and research in biodiversity solutions
  • Mentoring team members and supporting business development
