Job summary

Sytner Group is recruiting a BMW Sales Executive at High Wycombe. You will be the primary contact for customers, guiding them through the car-buying journey and ensuring an excellent service every time.

The role offers a strong salary plus a realistic OTE of £50,000, plus a company car and access to various purchase schemes, discounts and wellness benefits.Weekend patterns may apply to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales background.
• Automotive sales experience is a minimum requirement.
• Full and valid UK driving licence is essential.

About the role

Sytner High Wycombe have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £50,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence is essential

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement for this role.
