Your role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driven by success? Bahnstormer BMW – one of the UK’s leading BMW Motorrad Retailers – is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our award-winning team.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Bahnstormer BMW, guiding customers through the exciting journey of purchasing their dream vehicle. Whether it’s a sporty BMW M 1000 RR model or the latest electric innovation CE 04, your expertise and enthusiasm will always ensure a premium, personalised service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conducting high-quality vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover, including finance presentations
  • Working towards agreed sales targets and KPIs
  • Keeping up to date with the latest BMW products, technologies, and finance offerings

Your profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A consultative, customer-first approach
  • Resilience, motivation, and a strong work ethic
  • You will be highly organised with attention to detail
  • Full UK motorcycle licence, or we will assist you in getting your full motorcycle licence.
