Job summary

Vines Group in Guildford, Surrey is seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join our BMW & MINI service team. You will conduct MOT tests to the highest standards and help keep our customers safe on the road.

The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive basic salary and achievable bonus. Prestige brand experience welcomed; full training provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified MOT Tester with City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
• Hold a valid Smart card.
• Proven MOT testing experience, preferably with prestige brand.
• Strong attention to regulatory standards and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform MOT tests on BMW and Mini vehicles to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct thorough inspections, identifying any issues or areas requiring attention.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers on maintaining their vehicles.

Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday

Salary: Basic £35,000 OTE £41,000. Uncapped and very achievable bonus scheme.

What you will be doing:

• Perform MOT tests on BMW and Mini vehicles to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct thorough inspections, identifying any issues or areas requiring attention.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers on maintaining their vehicles.
• Collaborate with our team of technicians and engineers

What We're Looking For:

• MOT Tester qualification (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent).
• Hold a valid Smart card
• Proven experience in conducting MOT tests, preferably with a prestige brand
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for automotive excellence and delivering exceptional service.
