Position: BMS Static Service Engineer

About the Position:
As a BMS Static Service Engineer, you will be the face of Learnd at one of our key Cambridge projects, delivering high-quality Building Management System (BMS) support, energy-saving solutions, and expert technical care. Your mission is to ensure systems run efficiently while providing exceptional customer service and energy efficiency advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance, fault diagnostics, and emergency repairs on BMS control systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication, ownership of issues, and high-quality work.
  • Promote energy efficiency, advising customers on ways to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
  • Produce clear, timely service reports and documentation.
  • Identify additional service opportunities, prepare field quotes, and pass sales leads to the office.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other service teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain tools, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards on all jobs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Trend BMS systems.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair control systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and recommend solutions.
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices and strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with a flexible, proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with energy management principles and solutions.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Right to work in the UK.
