BMS Static Engineer

Are you an experienced BMS Engineer looking for the best of both worlds - the stability of a flagship site combined with the variety of field work? We're looking for a talented BMS Static Engineer to join a well-established BMS team, supporting a premium trading floor environment in Liverpool Street while also providing cover across sites in the M25 corridor.

Responsibilities
  • 3 days a week on-site at a high-profile central London trading floor, ensuring systems are running at peak performance
  • 2 days a week supporting nearby sites, carrying out planned maintenance, service visits, and reactive works
  • Optimising plant performance with a focus on energy efficiency
  • Fault-finding, troubleshooting and system diagnostics across ALC platforms
  • Keeping CAFM systems updated with clear, accurate reporting
