Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a BMS Shift Engineer for a permanent role at a large Kings Cross site in London. You will service and maintain BMS components and equipment, including sensors, controllers, actuators and software systems.

The position offers a salary up to £48,000, with overtime, training and a route into further career progression. Shift pattern is 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off on a busy facilities site.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification and installation experience.
• Extensive BMS/HVAC knowledge and experience.
• 1–2 years BMS systems experience.
• Experience with Trend, Tridium, Distech or Siemens.
• Ability to read electrical & mechanical schematics.
• Understanding of IT networks.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with fault finding in electrical panels.
• Report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium and Distech BMS’s on site.
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding their BMS systems.
• Identify opportunities for improvement/remedial works to improve the performance of the BMS’s for our clients.
• Prepare proposals and quoting of works as required.
