A leading BMS solutions company in the UK is seeking a BMS (Trend) Service Engineer for a maintenance role primarily in the North West region. This 3-month contract could lead to a permanent position. Ideal candidates will have experience with Trend systems and excellent client service skills. A valid UK driving license is required.

Overview

I am recruiting for a BMS (Trend) Service and / or maintenance engineer for my client in the North West of the UK.

Company Details

Based in South East England - delivering projects nationwide and across Europe. Specialists in BMS (Building Management Systems) and BEMS (Building Energy Management Systems), with services spanning energy monitoring, installation, aftercare/maintenance, and smart building solutions. Established in 2011, they support large, complex, and multi-site estates on their journey to Net Zero. Clients include major names - large retailers, government estates, and healthcare providers.

Role / Responsibilities

• Supporting their team in delivering maintenance and service for their BMS/BEMS clients.
• Projects for this engineer in the North West region (locations to be confirmed).
• Day rate: TBC depending on experience, a generous banding for an all in outside rate
• 3 months initial contract, leading to Permanent opportunity or extension of contract

Experience / Qualifications

• Knowledge of BMS / EPMS systems - especially worked with Trend before
• Maintenance / Servicing on site
