BMS Service & Maintenance Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are an established specialist in Building management controls and IT Services.

Due to winning a recent large maintenance contract that covers 30 sites, they are recruiting for an experienced Building management systems (BMS) Engineer.

The role:

• Carry out service, maintenance, and reactive support on Trend BMS systems
• Work across multiple key sites in the Reading and Oxfordshire regions
• Provide expert-level fault finding, diagnostics, and system optimisation
• Collaborate with a professional team and client stakeholders
• Opportunity to evolve into small works and minor projects in the near future

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer who will be familiar with on-site service and maintenance
• Ideally strong technical skills with BMS Systems such as Trend
• Any experience across Tridium systems would be beneficial
• Strong service and maintenance background
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and a client-focused attitude

Salary:

• 55,000 - 57,000 + Superb Benefits
